I would like to know what would compel a consumer to buy from such a business? our prices our low sure, but what more? what do you want out of such a business? what foods and what themes and service and everything in between? please help.

First and foremost ensure good quality, people don't mind paying a little extra if the food is good and try not to scrimp they like good sized portions. If you can provide this word soon gets around. They also like grannies or mums old recipe. Good luck.
