How long does it take for your periods to go back to normal after coming off the pill? I was on gederel/mercillon for about a year but i have stopped now as in a long distance relationship i just didn't see the point any more. I have stopped taking them for over a month now and haven't had a period yet is that normal?

It varies from person to person. I had the implant which stopped my periods altogether. When I had it taken out my period came 28 days later.

Varies....3months ....6months ......sometimes they never get back to "normal."

You are in the very early stages of "recovery."

I had the implant before these but I had nothing but periods so probably should be grateful for them stopping now! thanks ummmm
