What type of tube , metal, plastic, glass, ceramic ? What diameter inside and out ?
Is 14 to 16 inch the diameter ? Need more details please.
Do you want flexible or rigid tube? It would help if you said what it will be used for.
I agree with the two other posters but have you been and looked in the plumbing section of your local builder's merchants? I have bought mains plumbing type pipe lengths there that are wide and short.

hi the tube is to go through a wall and will be concreted in, i need the diameter on the inside to be at least 14-16 inch the outside is not as important, the only thing that would not do i think is glass, all other materials are good

Plastic drainage pipe at 400mm diameter? 3metre lengths though

Concrete drainage pipe 400mm diam. 600mm length?

Aluminium/plastic/cardboard etc etc ....... take a piece 24"" by 48", roll it into a cylinder????
If it's being concreted in Rev, then concrete drainage pipe would be best.
Too much differential expansion possibly on plastic etc, but could be overcome though :o)
Probably an off cut of a lngth of 400mm drainage tube, a builder / plumber may have a left over piece that has been cut from a full length.
chimney pot top ?
I doubt if you'll find a pot as big as that Tambo :o(

I can't seem to find the 600mm (2') long plain pipes on Google. I haven't used them for years, so maybe they've been superceded by the "spigot & socket" type now. Trouble is, these are about 8' (2500mm) long. Easily cut, but wasteful 'because they're not cheap.

I think concrete or clay flue liners might be best. The concretes are 600mm long (if they haven't changed them as well)
The clay liners are usually 300mm, so 2 needed.

Thank you for your help at least I know what to look for now
Fascinated to know what this is for..... :-)
As The Builder has intimated, when I worked on heavy construction, we used plastic drain pies cut to length as formers for holes through concrete walls. Have you got any building sites nearby? Worth having a word with the guys on site if they can let you have an off cut.
...or even 'drain pipes'!!
Would a piece of metal ducting do the job?

SOmetimes it produces more relevent replies if the problem you wish to solve is described, rather than the specifics of your possible solution. Often someone else can suggest a better alternative.
