I've been trying to get an avatar but gravatar wouldn't accept my user name of 'nodger'. When I emailed to ask why I was told that 'nodger' was in use by another user with a different email address to mine. I have only ever used one email address - my current one - so I guess someone else in the cyber world is a nodger. Question is - can I change my user name on here to one acceptable to gravatar? (And if so how?) And if I do, would I be regarded on here as 'new' and have to wait for an avatar anyway?

BTW I started to watch The Hours the other day which prompted me to do a bit of googling on VW, didn't realise what a tormented life she had with mental illness. Must have been a dark struggle.
Nodger is not the most feminine of names ...er ..... Nodger
Not according to the Urban Dicktionary Mick..............
I too assumed Nodger was male, sorry.

Mick - granted. It's actually a reference to my old (girls) school. Those in the know will be in the know.......

It's even funnier now that I've read the definitions in the urban slang dictionary. What would the nuns say!
