Abdominal Bloating

Anyone with any thoughts on this? I suffer with bloating quite frequently. Its uncomfortable, unsightly and sometimes restricts what I can wear. I eat a very healthy, balanced diet, low fat and hardly any sweet things. I've had tests which show I don't have any allergies or sensitivities. And I don't eat quickly. Its so lovely when it goes but it always comes back. I don't feel worried or stressed but I think that there could be a link with emotional feelings even if I'm not aware of them. Could this be possible?

Don't eat fruit after a meal but always on an empty stomach. Raspberries are an exception. Fruit ferments with the other food and causes bloating.
Have you noticed if you become bloated after eating a particular food? I always feel bloated after eating white bread.

Yes it could, but only after a fairly comprehensive abdominal investigation.

You do not comment on your bowel habits and you do not say how long you have been suffering from this abdominal bloating.

Also you have not given us any idea as to medical advice or investigations that you have already received.
I've also noticed cheese can cause it too.
I have really got over this since following a low carb diet, coincidentally that includes very little fruit.
Be sure it's not a sign of ovarian cancer

Almost certainly not - but needs checking
Thanks jake.....................?????
I used to get a lot of bloating and was recommended Probiotics, I take Multibionta One A Day, they seem to work.

Sorry for not responding before - my computer has been playing up. Thanks to all of you - I do actually follow the advice some of you have mentioned - I really think I have to go to my GP. I've not had much interest in the past but the GP I am with now might be more helpful. Thanks again.
