'subscribed Topics' Disappearance

In an attempt to prevent a plethora of flashing pop-ups in Answer Bank I set my filter from medium to high, and though I still have the 'latest posts' window (and still plenty of pop-ups!) the 'Subscribed topics' window has vanished and its position is replaced by changing ads. Are these things connected please?
Looking at Answer Bank lately has become like being on a 1960's psychedelic acid trip.

Can you see the subscribed threads bit now, Khandro? (I'm just wondering whether you were'n't logged in when you fist noticed the problem.)

factor, yes and thanks, I also did a scan for spyware and it seems it logged me out from AB. But am I back on track now. Am I right to keep the filter on High ?
