Is there a paint that can be applied to MDF? Specifiaclly, for use with a fish tank that will have moisture and heat present most of the time?

You can paint MDF with pretty much any paint as long as you use an MDF primer paint (available from most DIY stores). Then you can use gloss, eggshell, hammerite etc
