Need Help About A Usb Please

I am trying to set up my printer to a new computer and for some reason I cant find the USB, printer is a Canon MP220, I have looked on info booklet but can't find anything, are they all the same ?

Is it not on the back of the printer.

No I can only see the mains cable

Turn the printer upside down and look in all the nooks and crannies. I have the Canon MP210 and the slots are at the back in a recessed part of the main casing.

I have been using the printer on my other tower which I have thrown out now.

Does the inside tip open...like when you have to clear a paper jam....my sub connection is there..

Just to clarify, do you the USB to Printer cable, which has different connections at each end that look like this one:?

If so you will notice that the printer connection end is a different shape to a USB slot. There should be a corresponding shaped port int the rear of the printer.
