Bit cloudy and just a little cold outside. Just heard a yap at the door; one of the littlies has just returned from a night's rabbiting and seen the light on, and thought "better get in the warm with him, than sleep with the wolfhounds in the covered yard"!

Not much in prospect today except burying three shrubs, remembering that the brown knarled scruffy bit goes down and the smooth more branched bit goes up. I am learning the clever stuff, you see.

I was referring to the England game in Dublin next week, boaty.....the reference to the Wales Ireland was the game of two halves.....(if I wasn't clear - but it is only 7.30 on a Sunday).

Morning all, doesn't look too nice out there at the moment, but it doesn't really matter as we've only got the usual Sunday plans made. Fetch the papers,breakfast then crosswords followed by a pub lunch with nothing to do in between.

I do , well attempt to do, 5 crosswords on Sundays so it keeps me occupied for most of the day, CS has his talking books he is listening to the latest Andy Mcnabb at present but with headphones so he does not disturb anyone. Its dry but cold here, b-in-law will take the dogs out and then go for my papers before he goes to church [ the only one in this household who goes]and have his breakfast on return, its fry up today but not so early.
