I am just about ready to give up trying to get this to connect, I am reaonsably computer literate person and realise that it is because of the Norton firewall but I have followed all the instructions I can think of i.e. put the javaw.exe thingy in the programs and said permit .... Dunno what I am doing wrong, I never normally have all this hassle !
