Vericose Vein

I have an old vericose vein on my thigh,been there more years than I can remember.A few weeks ago a small spot came up along side of it,very itchy .I assumed it was an insect bite,however it keeps disappearing and returning in the same place every few days. Anyone know what this could be.

Sounds like a patch of varicose eczema.

No big deal.

1% hydrocortisone cream should do the trick.
