Giving Up On Tv Licence

I realised recently that I was hardly watching TV and was happy to give up my TV Licence. There is some time left on the Licence so I wanted to get a refund.

However the online declaration form wants proof of leaving the property.

Is there a Way to declare " I no longer wish to watch TV "?

If you've got a PC on Broadband you still require a licence because such a configuration can receive live signals.
