Is there a contract iPhone that gives unlimited calls per month at a reasonable price or should I buy a phone outright and pay as I go ??

Try here smurf, I put in iPhone 4 8gb, there are more options, this is what thows up

None with unlimited calls but one with 2000 minutes for £26 per month plus £30 for phone, seems like a really good deal.

Do you need an iPhone?

There are plenty of smaerphoes that can do everything an iPhone can do at much less cost.

The Samsung Galaxty s2 is now cheaper in most shops (as the s3 is now out) and that is a great little smartphone.

btw You do realise it costs about £400 or so to buy an iphone without a contract.
