.. just to the left of the no'3 is a brick chimney stack, just to the left of that is a pinkish chimney stack, on the face of the pinkish chimney stack is something that looks like a clock saying around 7:10.

No, I've just found it on Google Street View - it's just a crack in the original chimney.

Another possibilty for the 50th clue then is the chimney stack above the "Valco" sign, it now has two pots on it but in the original picture (and on Google Street View) there is only one.
