hi - have just finished the book and i think i may have missed something in the middle (i did skim over some of the more boring or gory parts). What was the real story - the tiger/hyena/zebra one or the cook/sailor/mother one?

Why 'read' a book if you're not going to read it?

well, lots of reasons. mainly cause i read in bed before going to sleep, so if there is a particularyl boring bit, i might skip it so i don't doze off. Also,for the last few years i seem to be very emotional at a lot of things, so if something is particularly emotional i might skip over it to prevent the kindle becoming wet
