Scratched The Head Off A Mole Now Its Itchy

I scratched the head off a mole a while back, it no longer looks like a mole it looks like a scab and over the last few days has become very itchy. Should I go and see my GP or am I over overreacting?

Scabs are generally itchy, but if it was itching you beforehand then I would go and see your gp.

Been there . . . done that . . . not dead yet!

Leave it to see if it heals. If it does (and the mole isn't growing or otherwise changing) forget about it.

IMO I'd go see a GP - probably nothing to worry about but why take the chance
