In tonight's 'The Friday Night Project ' on C4, comedian Alan Carr had what looked like a small hearing aid in his right ear, left as you look. It wasn't like a studio ear piece, no wires, cables and not over the ear. It was just like a small 'pop it in' hearing aid. Is he deaf or hard of hearing??

His name is actually Jimmy Carr, and no he is not deaf. New studio earpieces do not have cabels etc.

spainlads didnt watch the show so dunno about the ear thing, but i saw the ads and will back you up jimmy carr doesnt do the show anymore.

No, it was an ear piece, he mentioned not being able to hear through it on a T4 interview.

my bad, it was Alan Carr, sorry! But, it WAS an earpiece. very funny, i loved it!
