I love them and also have about 25 or more. I'm ashamed to say I only use 2 - 'The Food and Drink Book' or 'Nigella Bites' . The rest are for 'dipping'.
I must have about 40 - about 10 of which are in regular use and the rest occasional.
I have about six that I "read" from time to time, but never use a recipe.

None! I tend to just read the instructions on the back of the packet, when I can be bothered. Should really try harder I suppose.

I recenty looked at www.recipemonster.com and there is about 130,000 recipes on there. I printed out about 50 diabetic recipes - looks agood site.
I have two shelves full of cookery books.......but I have to admit to only really using a couple. Delia and the Dairy Diary book of recipes....I can't remember the exact name of it, but it has every staple recipe (and some more exciting!) that you could possibly ever need!
about 6 cookbooks i use on occasion to check ingredient quantities, plus a drawer full of bits of paper which are printouts from recipes found online
Way too many [100+] as my missus will testify. Can't resist them for some obscure reason. Only occasionally seem to use them, they're more for a source of inspiration. Reader's Digest 'Cookery Year' and Delia's 'Complete Course' are my two bibles. Can never find the recipe I'm looking for, guess a sort out is called for!
I have that Cookery Year too, wouldn't be without it.
Delia's complete is good for traditional english recipes and pies etc. but for snacks (which is what i prefer) Nigel Slater's Real Fast Food is absolutely amaaazing. soo yummy!!! and easily adaptable. Desserts come from Hermes House "Sweet Treats" which offers 10 seperate A5books on diff. types of pud.
