Do you mean the one with the jazz saxophone? If you do, I know that it's an edited version of a Charles Mingus track but don't know the track.

Some confusion here, I think. The Tetley's Bitter ad (wet dog on beach) uses Moanin' from 'Blues and Roots' by Charles Mingus Big Band from 1987. DOn't know about John Smith's Smooth, sorry...
