Banner ad....How much to charge

Anyone any idea how much to charge for a banner ad on a site with 265 unique users(1500 hits) per month and growing. The site is for a Pool league, controlling 80 teams of 6 - 8 players.

Just looking for broad guidelines, helpful links etc
