Heart bypass and travel insurance?

My father had a quadrouple heart bypass operation a little over 6 months ago and is struggling to find an insurance company to insure him to travel to spain on holiday, does anybody have any suggestions?

Don't know how old your dad is, but Saga offer insurance for the over 50s. Their website might be worth checking out.
