Have you ever tried the marks and spencers meal deals, eat in for two, or any of the other firms similar offers? Did you enjoy them?

My mum gets the M&S ones, she thinks they're great, never had them myself.
Have had M&S a couple of times. They were pretty good for the money. But they are still ready meals and mostly you still have to bung them in the oven for 30-40 mins. To be honest I prefer to cook myself.
2 dine for£10, is that still going?
Was always perfectly alright but never filled me up so I was always tempted to buy an extra side dish too.
But for M&S it is very good value.
Not the deals but I've had plenty of M&S meals. They are pretty good so I'd be happy to have their meal deals. £20 including wine...worth every penny imo.
Yes, we tried one once and it was good value. I totted it up and if I had bought the items individually they would have cost £19.50 (it was a £10 deal.)
However, the wine was crap.
Mrs O. Yes if you know your wines you would realise that the stuff in the deal is rubbish. But for a tenner......
I don't care about wine. I just look at the % :-)
Co-op have an offer on wine at the mo. Don't know what it is but it's £4.99 down from £7.99 and it's 14%. I'll have some of that :-)
I've heard some people praise them while others are critical. So really it's an each way bet.
Yep they're pretty good.
I have had the meal deals quite a few times. Saves cooking from scratch. I usually give the wine as a present to someone.
We've had the meal deals quite often very good value and we enjoyed a large bottle of red beer instead of the wine
A couple of years ago, Mum and Dad went into the M & S cafe and asked for the £10 meal, deal! Dad was furious when he realised he had to cook it himself!lol!
We have had them several times - I nevere cook on a Saturday, even though I love to do it every other night. So Saturdays it's either takeaway, pizza or the M & S meal deal. We don't have the wine, as neither of us are wine drinkers, but their Irish coffee is amazing, and that's usually included in the deal, or you can have a couple of bottles of non alcoholic drink which have been very nice. Nearly all the dishes we have tried have been so good that I've tried (with varying degrees of success) to copy them myself.
Not bad value when the normal cost of the wine by itself is about £7.
