Please can anybody tell me if this is any good and how much is it worth?

there are several makes and types of device that meet the standards quoted. without the photo it's difficult to say if int's any good or not.

best way to add photo is to put it on a photo website and then post a link to it - or if you know who made the device, look for it on the maker's website and post a link to that.
