I bought a 110 Amp hour battery from a company on eBay last August, for £85.00. The battery came with a 2 year guarantee. Today my caravan was given it's annual service, and I was told that whilst the battery was 100% charged, it was only providing 54% power output. What does this mean please? Does it mean that it would not be able to provide enough power to run 12 volt items? Is this a case of returning the item 'whence it came' for replacement? Could this be a manufacturing fault?

It probably means that you've forgotten to charge it once per month, as you're meant to when such batteries aren't being used!
