As I'm well known as a grumpy old so-and-so the barman in my local asked me last night "What has you smiling so much?"

"Oh, not much", I said, "just that the wife was in for one of those procedures that puts a smile of a lot of guys' faces".

"Ah, got ya", he replied, "what was it then, breast augmentation or tummy tuck?"

"Neither" I told him, "a post mortem".
