If you work with someone that you absolutely CANNOT stand, for purposes that are completely of their making (ie lying, constant bitching, lying, total B.S., lying, putting other colleagues down in fromt of others, oh and did I mention lying?)..... how would you go about getting rid of them?
Oh, and if you want to know how I know they are lying..... their lips are moving....
Answers on a post card.... :)

Get one of those little voice recorders and next time they're having a bitchfest you an say, sorry, who are you talking about? if they don't say the name, you do, and leave it at that let them carry on, you record it and when that person is near them let the voice recorder play. You an turn it off with a smile -sorry - it's been doing that lately going off by itself.
I'm good at getting rid of idiots.....one of my specialties. You need to use your great natural detective skills. Read your contract/handbook inside out and you'll get 'em on something. Pesky lying bitching colleagues have no place in the workplace! Health and safety is a good'un - thats usually gross misconduct
Thanks to all thats been said so far .... really am at my wits end. This person isnt stupid, but I honestly believe to be a compulsive liar. I only work for a small company and the rest of the work force are also very tired and very dispondent. Dont want to lose them as they are all hard workers and been with the company many years.
This person really is driving us all up the wall, and making some want to jump off :(
Not like me to be depressed but really dont know what to do
