Options for Sunday Lunch are looking a bit limited, unless I can be bothered to cycle to Waitrose.

On the positive side, at least there's Ski Sunday to look forward to.

When you make your cheese on toast, if you have any tomato puree spread some on the bread under the cheese and add chorizio & diced pepper on top of the cheese. Hey presto, a mini pizza!

I love french onion soup with a thick slice of cheese on toast dumped in it.

Have you got any other ingredients in the fridge/cupboard?
boil some spuds, stick the cheese them and grill - pretend you're having raclette in front of the telly
