Can't Wont Respond To Her Name!!

I have yet to let piper out even though she is 7 months!! She wants to go out with the others but does not respond. Any ideas how I can get to respond tried all the normal treats etc nothing works.

My little Minx can open a packet on her own, standing on them with one paw and clawing until a big enough hole appears to get some through. Her brother just stands and waits until Storm has worked her magic.

I don't think any of my cats have responded to names, but they seem to associate a high-pitched repetitive sound ending in 'eee' with me. They might look round, might even come to me, depends on their mood.
