It's a cover of a song called "Feeling Good" by Nina Simone. I don't know who does the cover, though. I take it you're referring to the advert where people look washed out/underwater until they drink Nescafe? The one that goes "Sun in the sky, you know how I feel"?

Not Muse's version, it was used for one ad but without bands permission so is now a cover of their cover (it was originally by Nina Simone).
