I thought a lot of them were part-time already!
I usually fight for a woman's right to do all jobs (including front line soldiers) but to employ a person merely because they are a woman is short sighted and naive

PC is going into overdrive - what planet are these eejits living on?
best man/woman for the job, that would likely rule out most who are currently in politics
I thought lots of them were lawyers, who fitted in Parliament around their cases.
don't think so, but some could have done with some work placements, as they are advocating for our young folk..
Whats the problem with women MPs doing a full days work. Don't they have a creche in the Commons and subsidised by the taxpayer. Even male MPs can bring their children along.
I think part time working should be an option for everyone if they are able to; male or female. Sometimes part timers end up doing just as much work as part timers, just in less hours.
