I havehttp://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Family/ dumped Internet Explorer 9,it was always going wrong,I have now got Firefox the only problem I have with ity is when I go to Utube to see the videos in small or large scale,the videos keep on freezing until I go over with the curzer on the mouse.
Can anyone on theanswerbank tell me why this is happening,it was OK on Internet Explorer 9.

Initially, try updating Flash Player which is available from:

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?promoid=JZEFT

I would suggest you to download the latest version of adobe flash play and it will start working smoothly

Thankyou isha23 & chas2008, I have tried pinkyboyid but to no avail will try to download Adobe Flash Player,but I don't know how to det the Plugin-container.exe.

Not sure it's connected but Firefox is presently having some Java problems too.
