Which is the best way to get from Vicoria coach station to Waterloo International & how long does it take?

either take bus 211 direct from coach station stop w to waterloo, journey 25mn, or walk to victoria tube, district line to embankment then bakerloo line to waterloo, journey 15mn, or walk in about 40mn.

Depends on the amount of luggage you have. But I would be tempted to invest in a taxi. It's not too far and changing twice on the tube would be a real hassle and, it's not cheap either.
