when i go to paypal, it's saying they are performing routine security maintenance, and asking me to put my full bank account number in, (they give me the last 2 numbers which are correct) then asking me to change password. I go there by logging into paypal.co.uk, and it is "https"
shall i put it in?
Notifications Beds, I do not respond to any of them, as you know, they have your detail, If there was something wrong regards payment etc, you would then be asked to edit your account, I would close the account down & open another, that way I know I'm safe but each to their own.
surely it's a right pain to shut down your entire account, register and verify a new card, use a new email address etc twr, especially if you've had to do it more than once like you said? why don't you just contact paypal as i did
I'm confused by TWR's responses. Whilst emails from paypal are usually phishing/fraudulent unless they include your name and some other details, any message you get after signing into your paypal account should be taken seriously- I can't see any reason to ignore it
