My nephew has built a one bedroom bungalow in his back garden (full planning was granted ) but now he needs to get the utilities’ connected from the road to the bungalow e.g. gas, electric, water etc but he has no clue who to contact to get these jobs done . Has he got to go to each individual company if so which department or is there one single place he can contact Thanks.

For water and drainage......... your local Water Supplier
(I just hope he's made allowance for the "fall" (relative heights) for the sewer connection, or it might have to run "uphill"

With Gas and Electricity, you need the infrastructure companies, not necessarily the ones who send out the bills.

BT of course for the landline.

These should all be Googleable for your locality....... probably with application forms as well.

The website for each company (the one relevant to your area except for BT) has the required info very prominently displayed. This is a sales service each of them offers, and they make a tidy packet from selling it.
