Hi all

I bought a jumper from H&M in a small size, and today I went shopping and wanted to buy another one. But I took a medium size instead of a small one. I want to take it back and exchange it for a small size, but can it be done in any H&M branches, cos I don't want to go all the way to Oxford Street to get it exchanged.

I know in Next you're able to exchange it in any branch.

Please help!

Many thanks!

Hi turquoise

Don't worry - I'm quite sure this could be exchanged in any branch of H+M.

There is, of course, no legal obligation for H&M to exchange any goods which aren't defective. Fortunately, however, they operate a '28 day return policy' and I'm sure that this will be available through any of their stores.

If you want to make sure, you can always phone the store which you intend to visit, to check on their policy. Store details, including phone numbers, are available here:
