Anybody remember a strange film about somebody trying to dispose of a tyre that keeps coming back ?

I can't recall when I saw it or who was in it but remember finding it very funny.

Hi, thanks for prompt replies. Could have been French or Italian, might have been silent. Definitely not The Tyre, the film I have in mind was a while ago.
