congratulations on the weight loss - i noticed you had spoken of it last night to the other ladies after i went to bed

my annual check-up at the optician went well, thank you. there is only a very slight deterioration in my vision - which is still 20/20. so no need to change my glasses .. which i only use for close up reading

it has been a nice week off work .. and next monday looms close

there is only the quiz night to go to tonight, and my new washing machine to arrive tomorrow afternoon ... i am suffering a bit from open-wallet surgery as i also had expensive work done on the car at the beginning of the week

that's enough about me .... hope you are ok today, and if you see this we can chat ... once again - well done on the weight loss
