hi not sure which topic to put this in but my husband has recently lost his job he's nearly 63 and was told he could claim pension credits rather than job seekers, i dont work due to looking after my ederly father who has numerous illnesses, would pension credit cover us both as a couple or just apply to him? i'm not 60 for another 9 years. tia

You have to be 60 to claim pension credit, so i dont think you would get it only your husband for himself.
