I Told A Fib Today.

One of my colleagues had her hair cut last night

I said, Oh your hair looks lovely. It really suits you.'

Actulally, she now looks like Wendolene from 'A Close Shave' Wallace and Gromit. It's hideous!

I feel a bit guilty.

I think if I'd had the conversation it would have gone like this:

Me: "Hello Tracy! Have you been to the hairdresser's?"
Tracy: "Yes Mike"
Me: "Were they shut?"

This is my point michael, many women like to prance around the real issue as not to upset their peers where most of us men like to tell the brutal truth exactly as it is.

But Ronnie...no-one likes a brutal person my love.....we need to be kind. Not be upsetting people out of self righteousness.

One day a barmaid in my then local asked me what I thought of her hair, I asked if she wanted me to tell her what she wanted to hear or the truth, she said the truth so I told her and It was three weeks before any of the barmaids would talk to me let alone serve me and I discovered you should always tell a lady what she wants to hear, especially if she's a barmaid.

Gness i know i mentioned the "Brutal truth" but the reality is i couldn't be less brutal if i tried and self righteousness is definitely not an attribute associated with me.

Sometimes the truth sets someone free or can mark the beginning or an end of certain behaviour patterns which can lead to the person in question accepting that not everyone agrees with them which can only be a good thing thing especially if they have a large ego or are delusional or have visions of grandeur

Not really Ronnie....I'd hate to be judged or analysed on my hairdo or the killer heels I fancy for a night out.....both tend to be my whim, not part of any larger picture.
