Do you mean the one at Greenwich? OH walked through it a few months ago, though it may not be open now.

Are you thinking of Brunel's tunnel in Rotherhide perhaps?

If not then it'll be the foot tunnel at Greenwich which is open as a regular walkway.

Watching the clip on television the thought came to me that pedestrians might be in danger from other users. If somebody tried to mug you there'd be nowhere to hide.

Agree Sandy, I've walked a couple of these tunnels and other long ones and it always makes me feel quite vulnerable. You think about turning back, but if its as far back as it is forward you just keep walking and speed up a bit. Urgh makes me feel funny to think about it.
