Pasta Sauce...

I made a batch of pasta sauce yesterday morning - mainly cherry tomatoes,olive oil,herbs ,tomato puree etc.....

How long realistically will it keep in the fridge?

Not really answering your question, but I freeze my homemade sauce in portion sized pots and just defrost it in the microwave as and when I use it.

Well we were going to have it today but seeing as I'm not feeling too great I was going to try and keep it till tomorrow or tues. But yes, guess I will freeze it tomorrow if still not up to eating.

Actually, due to the acidity of the tomatoes, it'll last a good long while... maybe a few weeks to more...
