What is the drink Dubonnet and can you still buy it?

Dubonnet is an aperitif based on red wine, made in France. I have never seen it for sale in this country, although it is still popular in France.

A friend ordered one at out Works Christmas party, She drank it in a tall glass, with a mixer tonic, ice and a slice of orange. It was quite refreshing, and I expect they sell it at many a bar.
