Removing A Reluctant Ex Partner Off The Deeds
my sisters 25 year interst only mortgage is coming to end soon.she has to repay 25,000. she purchased the property with an ex partner who was only around for 2 years and who has since made no contribution to the repayments. she obviously wants him off the deeds but he seems reluctant to do , just wondered what her options are thanks richard
