Ribeyes, chunky chips, sautee of mushrooms, peas, onion rings, and a nice crispy salad, got little gem lettuce, celery, red pepper, scalliions, cucumber and cherry plum tomatoes
Cherry pie and cream or vanilla ice cream (Shop bought, before anyone asks)

My eating tends to be dictated by what is in the veg box. Hence chicory salad, stuffed 'shrooms and/or PSB with Hollandaise!

I often have something on toast in the week .Eggs,sardines,beans etc .
I have to cook a proper balanced meal for Mr S ( he has to eat certain food on a regular basis ) but I don't always want a big meal every day .

Well I've just made a chicken tikka masala using a recipe on the back of a can of Heinz tomato soup, seems ok so far.
We alternate our evening meals between one which involves a bit of cooking and one which doesn't, so last night was beans on toast with cheese on top, tomorrow will be scrambled eggs on toast. We always have fruit for pud, rarely have a proper dessert.
I'd really like ribeye steak though..:)
