"reported Attack Site"
11 Answers
Hi Ed, I am STILL getting the "Reported Attack Site" red warning at the top of the screen, I have tried absolutely everything I can think of to get rid of it. I use Firefox and have also scanned with malwarebyes and no viruses present.
Can you please suggest anything I can do? I know other ABers still keep getting it too. I ignore the warning but sometimes my answers are not added, but other times they are - very frustrating!

What browser are you using? If it's Firefox:
Tools>Options>Privacy
Then click the tab marked 'show cookies', scroll down for the Answerbank cookie then select it and click the tab marked 'remove cookie'.
Note that when you next go to AB, you'll have to re-enter your username/password.
That said, you might be better off deleting ALL of your cookies, but bear in mind, this means you will have to log back into everything you use that has a username/password setup.
Make sure your anti-virus software is up to date and run a full scan.
