In a 3 bedroom terraced house, roughly how much are bills such as water, gas, electric, tv licence, landline etc. per month?

Thanks

My gas and electricity for the last quarter (meters read today) was £369.
Snags, you could have said that before I'd taken all the pictures!

I think the side I do have neighbours on are piping into my gas supply Ummm ;)
Looks like it. Or you're really a fish and very cold blood :-)
My last quarters dual fuel was £609. We have a 2 bedroom (large bedrooms) linked detached house with loft insulation and the cavity walls have been done.
I pay for gas and electricity monthly as I use it. Currently between £100 and £113 for gas and £50 to £60 electricity. I'm sure I'm paying for someone else's gas!
Don't forget home & contents insurance and things like central heating maintenance (Homeserve and the like).
Rates about £20 a week, electricity about £13, TV licence about £3. Virgin Media about £15. Heating oil bought every few months must cost about £20+ a week.
Water bill depends on where you live too. In south west ours is nearly £1,000 a year at the moment and that's a 3 bed roomed house.
