I googled "best communication practice in health and social care" and found a load of links but maybe you have already done this?

hey woofgang.... ive been at it for a good few hours so ma heads prob a pile o mince lol... im thinking literature being along the lines of care inspectorate & sssc magazines, and freedom of infomation act 1997 & 2003, and for government reports etc ive just hita total blank... i will check out the links youve put tho.. so thank you x
