Samsung 32" Tv Wobbling On Stand - Is This Normal?

I've got a 32" Samsung tv fitted onto the base that it was supplied with - the trouble is it wobbles very badly from side to side. Normally this would be ok but toddler has become amused by it. Wanting to avoid an accident but I'd rather not put it on a wall bracket, so does anyone know if this wobbling is normal? Or of any solutions?

Mine does the same,fortunately only my Grandson moves it to watch TV when he is sitting at the table having a meal and knows now to ask me to swivel it,so I would be careful when moving it.

A tv that wobbles is different than one that swivels, there are many tv's that swivel on the stand, that is normal, however if it wobbles the stand is loose and will need to be tightened up, it will have screws in the back or in the base, a good Phillips screwdriver should do the job.
