The only other one I can think of is Un Banc Un Arbe Un Rue by Severine the Eurovision song contester winner for 1977, I think

Could it have been Dur Dur D'Etre Bebe (It's Hard To Be A Baby) by the then four-year-old Jordy? Big hit in France, apparently. It fits the description except it was only released in 1992, rather later than your suggested era.
