Can 2 Estate Agents Sell Your House For You At The Same Time??
WE ARE PUTTING OUR HOUSE ON THE MARKET TOMORROW WITH AN ESTATE AGENT AND MEANWHILE ANOTHER 1 HAS RANG TO SAY THEY CAN SELL IT FOR US TOO.THEY SAID WHOEVVER SELLS THE HOUSE GETS THE FEE?THAT DIDNT SEEM RIGHT TO ME,ANY CLUES?? THANKS.

You DO pay more, to the one that sells it, if it is a multi agent situation.
An agent will charge you less if they know the are the sole agent (because they are guaranteed the sale).
They will charge you more if it is a multi agent as they may not get the sale.
So for example a sole agent may only charge you 1% of the sale, but if two agents are involved they may charge you 2% (though you only pay the one who sells it, but it is 2% as opposed to 1%)

As others have correctly said, you will not be able to negotiate as low a fee for sole agency as you will for multi-agency (you did negotiate, I trust - not just accept the first figure proposed to you?)
Look at it this way; if you were buying a house, wouldn't you go to all the decent agencies in town? So what's the point of employing two agencies at the same time for a higher cost?
